Systems Enginuity - Safety Management

Systems Enginuity uses safety engineering and risk management techniques to:


· Establish program safety plans to communicate safety objectives, organizational structure, and planned safety assessments

· Identify, analyze, and assess potential system and operational safety risks

· Recommend mitigations to control safety risk, considering defense in depth based on system and design safety requirements, safety procedures, and warning devices

· Develop safety requirements verification plans to manage the inspection, demonstration, analysis, and test of risk controls

· Audit vendor and supplier conformance to program safety plan provisions

· Evaluate proposed system and procedural changes for safety risk impacts

· Analyze reported system faults and failures for safety hazard occurrence and need for additional risk control measures

· Establish and implement safety hazard tracking and monitoring plans

· Customize and conduct safety risk management and safety culture training

· Evaluate and recommend organizational and business process improvements to maintain a positive, learning, and just safety culture
